2010 A.D. Latornell Conservation Symposium - Exhibitor Information

Hello Everyone!

It is time again to book your exhibit space at the A.D. Latornell Conservation Symposium and we have made some changes to improve your Exhibitor benefits!

The A.D. Latornell Conservation Symposium is scheduled to be held on November 17, 18, and 19 at the Nottawasaga Inn and Resort in Alliston, Ontario. This year’s Symposium theme is Biodiversity: Connecting People, Land and Water. This is a very timely topic in light of the United Nations declaration of 2010 as The International Year of Biodiversity. We expect strong interest from delegates and are advised that accommodations at the Nottawasaga Inn and Resort are already fully booked for the event.

Exciting Changes to Improve Your Experience

Exhibitors and Partners had the opportunity to provide their thoughts around improving the Symposium and we were listening. We have been busy this winter coming up with a number of exciting changes designed to increase the interaction between delegates and the exhibitors. Some of these include:

  • Re-locating the second gallery to increase traffic
  • Addition of an Internet Café located between the Exhibitor Hall galleries
  • More time with delegates – we are serving desserts in the Exhibit Hall galleries following the Wednesday night Harvest Banquet in lieu of a keynote speaker
  • Coffee during breaks will only be available in the Exhibit Hall galleries between sessions. Snacks have been added
  • Adherence to allotted plenary speaker times so breaks are not shortened
  • Improved Symposium promotion via ‘fresh’ website and more frequent e-bulletins

Other details regarding exhibiting at Latornell are on the Symposium’s website www.latornell.ca. Just fill out the Exhibitor Registration Form and submit it along with payment in order to secure the booth you want.

We look forward to having you as an Exhibitor at Latornell 2010.
