Every attempt ismade to provide exhibitors with exhibit space that will have good traffic and accessibility. To this end, we have relocated Gallery B (see floorplan). Booth availability is established on a "first come - first serve" basis. Updates to the floor plan of the Exhibitors Galleries and Conservation Dome are available on the Symposium website.
Each booth will be eight feet deep by ten feet wide and will be provided with one 8' skirted table and two chairs. Hydro will also be provided. If these amenities are not required, please let us know when you complete the Exhibitor Registration Form.
One complimentary full registration is provided as part of your exhibit package, which will give you entrance to all Symposium events. A Registration Form is included and should be completed at your earliest convenience. Once completed, please fax to the number provided on the Registration Form (which includes Name Badge requirements).
All Exhibitors logos are provided in the Symposium Program, make sure to provide an EPS file of your logo. To ensure good quality production quality, you are asked to provide an EPS file of your logo (if you have not already done so) electronically to Ken.
It is expected that traffic will be on-going throughout the Symposium in the Exhibitors Gallery. Remember that all Symposium "Refreshment Breaks" are held in the Exhibitors Galleries and that the meals (lunch and dinner) are held in the Conservation Dome. The Grand Opening Wine and Cheese Reception will also be held in the Exhibitors Galleries and it is mandatory for the Exhibitors in the Exhibitors Galleries to be staffed during this event.
The set up for exhibitors is as follows:
EXHIBITORS GALLERIES (A & B): Anytime after 3 p.m. on Tuesday, November 16th to noon on Wednesday, November 17th.
CONSERVATION DOME: Anytime after 3 p.m. on Tuesday, November 16th to 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 17th.

Prize draws will be offered at various events throughout the Symposium. The Dream Auction this year will be a silent auction that will be open to delegates for the duration of the symposium. All proceeds of the Dream Auction are applied to the A.D. Latornell Grant of which funds are provided to assist students and volunteers to take part in the Symposium. If you would like to donate items to increase your profile at the Symposium, and to support the A.D. Latornell Grant, please contact Ken.
